Jazzercise

Jazzercise is a pulse-pounding, beat-pumping, body-blasting fitness program that gets you results…fast. It’s a high intensity, top 40 music dance party that fuses cardio, strength, Pilates, hip hop, yoga and kickboxing. One 55-minute session can burn up to 800 calories! The results? Long, lean muscles and an undeniable mood boost. We have 24 Jazzercise classes per week at Florence Fitness Studios, and all of our classes are available in-person and via livestream, so you can come in for class or take it from wherever you are with Internet access.

Jazzercise is designed for EVERYONE and can be enjoyed and mastered by the professional dancers and the untrained movers. If you like music, want an amazing workout, and like to have fun in a non-judgmental, supportive environment with friends, Jazzercise IS for you!
